Pair of white PVC flag mounting swivel rings. These handy little devices will attach securely to any round, 1 1/4″ outside diameter pole or rod and are equipped with metal clips on rotating swivel rings to help prevent the flag from wrapping around the pole so you can effectively mount a flag with grommets to any 1 1/4″ pole.
