Vietnam Veterans of America, Inc is a non-profit organization founded in 1978 to honor and serve the needs of American Veterans. This gold flag features three vertical columns of brown stars representing the 17 official campaigns of the war. On the right side of the flag is the VVA insignia that has the words “Vietnam Veterans of America” around the Vietnam Service Medal. The insignia is surrounded by a wreath made from a laurel branch and sheaf of rice stalks. The artwork is viewable from both sides of the flag and the lettering reads correctly from one side only.
