Due to rapidly changing inventory, an item may be out of stock even though the website indicates that it is available. Please remember that we at I Am Erica’s Flags are humans working with technology and mistakes will sometimes happen. If for some reason your item is not available or on backorder, you will be notified via e-mail.
Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. As long as we receive the cancellation request before the order has been shipped, we will cancel the order and promptly issue a full refund.
Once a package has been shipped it is no longer eligible to be cancelled, but you may refuse the package upon delivery. Once we receive the refused package, your refund will be issued. We reserve the right to withhold our original shipping cost from the refund, even if the order qualified for free shipping.
Shipping & Shipping Carriers
When you place your order, you will be agreeing to your package being shipped with the United States Postal Service (USPS). Our shipping team strives to ship orders within 2 business days but can take up to 4 business days during times of heavy order volume. If your order requires expedited shipping, please contact us before or immediately after placing your order, and we will be happy to make arrangements for you. Expedited orders may incur additional shipping and/or handling fees.
After your order has been packed, you will receive a tracking number with information provided by the shipping carrier you selected. Once your package is in the possession of the carrier, they are responsible for making sure your package arrives on time and in good condition. They are also responsible for any delays that might occur while the package is on its way to you. Please contact us if your package is received in damaged condition.
If you believe your package has been lost by the shipping carrier, please contact us and we will work with the carrier’s customer service team on your behalf, in an effort to locate the package. We will follow their standard procedure for locating missing packages. If your package is officially declared lost by the shipping carrier, we will issue a refund or replace your item/items at no charge.
If the tracking states that your package has been delivered but you have not received it within 90 days of the shipment date, we will contact the shipping carrier on your behalf and request proof of delivery. If the shipping carrier is able to verify that your package was delivered correctly then there will be no further action on our part. If the shipping carrier cannot verify your package was delivered correctly, then we will either issue a refund or replace your item/items at no charge.
Customers whose package are returned to us because of an invalid or incomplete address will be contacted for a correct address and additional shipping fees. If the customer does not respond within 2 weeks of the package’s return or does not want to pay additional shipping costs, a refund will be issued minus our original cost to ship the package.
Please contact us to make arrangements for refund, exchange or credit on all return merchandise. If an item is returned to us without prior arrangements, we reserve the right to decline your refund, exchange or credit. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to withhold our original shipping cost from the refund, even if the order qualified for free shipping.
You may return any regular priced item for any reason within two weeks of receipt for a refund, exchange or credit. The customer is responsible for return postage, and the product must be in its original product packaging and in resalable condition. Refunds and credits on all eligible returns will be issued immediately upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise. If a requested exchange is for a product of equal or lesser value, the new item will be shipped within 2 business days after the receipt of the returned item. If additional funds are needed to complete the exchange, the customer will be contacted, and payment must be completed before the new item is shipped.
If your item did not arrive in perfect condition or if we sent you the wrong item, you will be eligible for replacement or refund. If you opt for replacement, we will immediately send out your replacement item along with a postage paid return shipping label for the defective/wrong item. If you decide to receive a refund, we will email you a postage paid return shipping label, and a refund will be immediately upon receipt.

Please note: Items returned more than two weeks after receipt of the package and for reasons other than damage, defect or errors may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. If an item is returned that has been used, no refund or credit will be issued. Special orders and sale items may not be returned unless defective or damaged during shipping.
