The actual size of the flag in the picture is 3×5. The artwork on all other sizes is identical.
This official US Navy flag design was authorized by President Dwight D. Eisenhower on April 24th, 1959 and consists of the official seal of the United States Department of the Navy with a yellow scroll just below inscribed with “United States Navy”.
The artwork is dyed onto the nylon fabric penetrating through to the opposite side so the image is visible on both sides of the flag. The lettering reads correctly from one side only.
