Mississippi State printed single ply polyester 3×5 flag. Adopted April, 1894 by the state of Mississippi replacing the old “Magnolia” flag that was adopted in 1861. Mississippi had no official state flag prior to 1861.
Single ply polyester is a very light weight material that will fly nicely in the slightest breeze.
