This decorative garden flag holder is made to display a garden flag or garden banner against a vertical, flat surface, such as a wall, door gate, etc. Simply unscrew one finial and untie the cord. Then slide the garden flag onto the dowel and replace the cord and finial. Hang the cord over a nail or hook to display your flag or banner. Not intended for placement in windy locations.
