This “Welcome” garden flag stand is made of light gauge steel with a black, baked enamel finish so that it is weather-resistant and suitable for outdoor use. Designed to hold garden-size flags in a secure fashion. Arbor-style garden flag holders are designed in such a way that it is very difficult for the flag to wrap up around the pole or blow off.
