Second Georgia State Flag – Printed Polyester
The 1956 (second) Georgia State flag consisted of the Georgia State Seal on the left-hand or hoist-side of the flag and a square Confederate battle flag on the fly-end or right-hand side. This flag served as Georgia’s official state flag from 1956 – 2001.
Printed polyester is a very lightweight material that will fly nicely in the slightest breeze. The artwork is visible from both sides of the flag. The lettering reads correctly from one side only.
